Theoretical Approach

Integrative

Integrative counselling draws on techniques from different types of therapy and brings together an approach that is specific for each person.

Holistic

Holistic Therapy and practice takes into account the body and the whole person. It focuses on the relationship between the mind, body and spirit and explores how one aspect of a person can impact on other areas

Intercultural Therapy

"Intercultural therapy is particularly sensitive to the importance of race, culture, beliefs, values, attitudes, religion and language, so it is especially beneficial amongst culturally diverse groups" - Jafar Kareem (1987)
